I serve as a collaborative sounding board, helping you build the frameworks to think differently and turn abstract problems into concrete solutions. My focus is on helping you make courageous choices and become the calm in any situation.
Who I help
I work with senior individual contributors and people managers (first and second level) in tech, particularly those in design, content, and product management. I help them grow not only their own careers, but also elevate their teams to become brilliant.
Why I’m unique
My 32 years of experience as a leader in Silicon Valley, helping my teams navigate countless layoffs, reorgs, and boom and bust cycles—gives me a unique perspective. I’m hard to shock, because I’ve seen everything.
